Pre-consultation prep

A 3-day food and symptom diary and comprehensive health and lifestyle analysis form needs to be completed at least 7 days ahead of your consultation.

1 Hour Video Consultation

During your video consultation we will discuss presenting symptoms, conditioned eating habits and goals. We will also discuss lifestyle and emotional factors including nutrition challenges.

This will give me a clear and comprehensive picture of your health and wellbeing and will allow me to assess potential underlying causes and on-going nutrition and lifestyle factors that might be driving your symptoms and/or worsening your health condition and ability to reach optimum health.

The aim of your consultation is for me to understand exactly where you are currently at in your health journey so that I can deliver the appropriate tailored nutrition protocol to help you reach your goals.

Personalised Nutrition Protocol, Supplement Prescription & Meal Plan

Following your consultation, I will send you a thorough and totally personalised nutrition protocol with tailored dietary recommendations including recipe recommendations and lifestyle suggestions plus a supplement prescription (where necessary). You will follow this protocol and use this to empower you until our next meeting, if you decide to book a follow-up.

4-6 Week Follow-Up Appointment (charged at £150)

Its highly recommended to book a 4-6 week follow up follow-up appointment to discuss progress, successes, challenges and its an opportunity to address any areas you would like advice on moving forward to keep you on track.

Your follow-up appointment also includes an updated nutrition protocol to help you move forward in your health journey based on the progress made in the first 4-6 weeks.

You have the option to book the Signature Nutrition Programme which includes 3, 6 or 12 month nutrition support and coaching.

After receiving your payment to secure your appointment, Amy will send you a confirmation and will be in touch to arrange your consultation plus share your food diary and health & lifestyle form to complete.

Your 4-6 week follow-up appointment is an additional charge of £250 and can be paid for at the same time as booking your reset.
