Three months to nourish your body and create the best possible internal environment for conception.
The three months before conception are an incredibly important window for your fertility.
The egg that will eventually be ovulated has been on a journey of growth and development for months. This is why I encourage you to give your body a full 12 weeks of focused nutritional and lifestyle support when preparing for conception.
These three months are an opportunity to really nourish your body from the inside out.
We’ll use them to make sure you’re getting the nutrients you need, support a healthy menstrual cycle and ovulation, address nutritional deficiencies or imbalances, and look at the other areas of your health that can be important when preparing for pregnancy, including blood sugar balance, thyroid and gut health, sleep, stress and your nervous system.
And importantly, everything we do will be designed to integrate easily into your daily routine.
This is not a one-size-fits-all fertility plan.
Your body, your history, your cycle and your circumstances are unique.
I’ll take the time to understand the whole picture and create a personalised strategy around what your body needs, with the aim of getting you as nourished and supported as possible as you prepare for conception.
Twelve weeks also gives us time to see how your body responds and continually refine your plan. And while fertility is our focus, you may start to notice the benefits of nourishing yourself properly in other areas too — your energy, sleep, mood, digestion and menstrual cycle.
Whether you’re preparing to start trying for a baby, already trying to conceive, navigating PCOS or endometriosis, have experienced miscarriage, or are preparing for IVF or another form of assisted fertility treatment, The Fertility Reset gives us a dedicated 12-week window to focus on nourishing and supporting you and your health as you prepare for conception.
We’ll look beyond fertility in isolation — exploring your menstrual cycle and ovulatory health alongside your diet and nutrient status, blood sugar balance, thyroid and gut health, sleep, stress, nervous system and lifestyle.
We’ll also review relevant blood tests and fertility investigations you already have, and discuss further testing where it may be helpful.
From there, I’ll create your personalised fertility and preconception nutrition plan which we’ll continue to review and refine throughout our 12 weeks together.
-
Your 12 Week Programme Includes:
Three 75-minute private consultations: Allowing us the time to properly understand your health and fertility picture, put your personalised plan into place, and review and refine it throughout our 12 weeks together.
Comprehensive fertility + naturopathic health assessment: I’ll look at the whole picture of your health rather than fertility in isolation — bringing together your health history, menstrual and reproductive health, nutrition, lifestyle and the other areas that may be relevant to you.
Detailed food diary + nutrient analysis: A closer look at what you’re currently eating, your nutrient intake and where we can strengthen and better support your diet as you prepare for conception.
Menstrual cycle + ovulatory health review: I’ll look at your cycle patterns, symptoms and signs of ovulation to build a clearer picture of your individual menstrual and reproductive health.
Personalised fertility + preconception nutrition plan: There is no generic fertility diet here. Your plan will be created around your body, health history, cycle, lifestyle, nutritional needs and where you are in your fertility journey.
Personalised food + meal plan: Clear, practical guidance around what to eat and how to put your meals and snacks together, designed around your individual nutritional needs and your real life.
Personalised supplement protocol: Carefully selected for you based on your diet, nutrient intake, health history, fertility journey and relevant test results, with clear guidance around what to take and how to take it.
Blood test + fertility investigation review: I’ll review relevant existing blood tests, fertility investigations and IVF or assisted fertility information where appropriate, so these can be considered alongside the wider picture of your health.
Written fertility nutrition + lifestyle plan: You’ll receive a clear, personalised plan bringing together your nutrition, supplements and lifestyle recommendations, so you know exactly what to focus on between our appointments.
Ongoing email support: You’ll have up to three email check-ins each month, giving you space to ask questions, let me know how you’re getting on and get support with your plan between consultations.
Ongoing review + refinement: This isn’t a plan I hand over to you on day one and leave you to get on with. I’ll continue to review how you’re responding throughout the 12 weeks and adapt your nutrition, supplements and lifestyle recommendations where needed.

Three months to focus on both sides of your fertility.
Two individual health pictures. One shared goal. Three important months to nourish and support you both as you prepare for conception.
When you’re trying to conceive as a couple, I believe it’s important that we look at both egg and sperm health.
The egg that will eventually be ovulated has been on a journey of growth and development for months, while sperm also take around three months to develop. This makes the 12 weeks before conception an important opportunity to really nourish and support both of you.
Rather than placing all the focus on the woman, The Couples Fertility Reset allows me to look at both sides of your fertility picture at the same time. And this isn’t about putting you both on exactly the same “fertility diet”.
You are two different people, with different bodies, health histories, nutritional needs and lifestyles. I’ll assess each of you individually and create a personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan around what each of you needs, while bringing everything together around your shared goal of preparing for conception.
Over our 12 weeks together, I’ll look beyond fertility in isolation.
For her, we’ll explore menstrual cycle and ovulatory health alongside nutrition and nutrient status, blood sugar balance, thyroid and gut health, sleep, stress, nervous system and lifestyle. I’ll also review relevant blood tests, fertility investigations and IVF or assisted fertility information where appropriate.
For him, I’ll look at nutrition and nutrient status alongside his wider health, reproductive history, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, exercise and lifestyle factors that may be relevant during the preconception period. I’ll also review relevant blood tests and fertility investigations, including semen analysis where available.
From there, I’ll create two individual fertility and preconception plans, which we’ll continue to review and refine throughout our 12 weeks together.

Three 75-minute private consultations: Allowing us the time to properly understand both of your health and fertility pictures, put your individual plans into place, and review and refine them throughout the 12 weeks.
Your first consultation will be together as a couple, giving us time to talk through your fertility journey, your individual health pictures and what we want to focus on over the coming three months.
Your remaining consultations will be tailored around what you each need, with the flexibility for me to work with you individually, together as a couple, or a combination of both.
Two comprehensive fertility + naturopathic health assessments: You’ll each complete your own detailed health and fertility assessment allowing me to understand your individual health histories, fertility pictures, nutrition and lifestyles.
Two detailed food diary + nutrient analyses: I’ll review each of your diets individually, looking at your current nutrient intake and where we can strengthen your nutrition as you prepare for conception.
Menstrual cycle + ovulatory health review: For her, I’ll look at cycle patterns, symptoms and signs of ovulation to build a clearer picture of individual menstrual and reproductive health.
Male fertility + reproductive health review: For him, I’ll look at reproductive and fertility history alongside nutrition, health and lifestyle factors that may be relevant during the preconception period.
Blood test + fertility investigation review: I’ll review relevant existing blood tests and fertility investigations for you both, including IVF or assisted fertility information and semen analysis where available.
Two personalised fertility + preconception nutrition plans: There is no generic fertility diet here. You’ll each receive a plan created around your individual body, health history, nutritional needs, fertility picture and lifestyle.
Personalised food + meal plans: You’ll each receive practical, personalised guidance around what to eat and how to put meals and snacks together, while making it realistic and enjoyable for you to eat well together too.
Two personalised supplement protocols: Your supplements will be considered individually around your diets, nutrient intake, health histories and relevant fertility investigations, with clear guidance around what to take and how to take it.
Two written nutrition + lifestyle plans: You’ll each have a clear plan bringing together your personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, so you both know exactly what to focus on between our consultations.
Ongoing email support: You’ll have up to three email check-ins each month as a couple, giving you space to ask questions, update me on how you’re both getting on and get support with your recommendations between consultations.
Ongoing review + refinement: This isn’t about giving you two plans on day one and leaving you to get on with them. I’ll continue to review how you’re both responding throughout our 12 weeks together and adapt your nutrition, supplements and lifestyle recommendations where needed.

Where appropriate, I may recommend additional blood tests, nutrient testing or other relevant investigations to help us build a clearer picture of your health and further personalise your programme.

Dutch Complete Hormone Testing & Personalised Nutrition Plan
-
A deeper look at your hormones, considered alongside the whole picture of your health, with a personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan created around you.
If you’re experiencing hormonal symptoms and feel like you need a clearer more comprehensive picture of what may be going on, the DUTCH Complete test allows us to take a much more detailed look at your hormones and how your body is metabolising them.
But the test is only one part of the picture. I don’t believe in looking at hormone results in isolation. Your menstrual cycle, nutrition and nutrient status, blood sugar balance, gut health, sleep, stress, nervous system and wider health can all be important pieces of the puzzle too.
This is why I’ll look at your DUTCH results alongside your symptoms, health history, menstrual cycle, nutrition and lifestyle, before creating a personalised plan around what your body actually needs.
FROM TEST RESULTS TO A PLAN THAT IS PERSONAL TO YOU
For me, the value of testing isn’t simply having more numbers on a page. It’s knowing what to do with that information.
I’ll bring together your DUTCH results with your symptoms, health history, menstrual cycle, nutrition and lifestyle to create a plan that feels specific to you and your body.
Because ultimately, the aim isn’t to chase individual hormone markers.
It’s to use the information we have to help us make more informed, personalised decisions about how best to nourish your body, balance your hormones and support your health goals.
-
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones.
Rather than measuring a hormone at a single point in time, DUTCH Complete uses several dried urine samples collected at specific times across the day to give us a more detailed picture of your reproductive and adrenal hormones and their metabolites.
One of the things I particularly like about DUTCH testing is that it allows us to look not only at hormone levels, but also at how certain hormones are being metabolised within the body.
The test looks at 35 different hormones and metabolites, including markers relating to:
Oestrogens and oestrogen metabolites : giving us information about oestrogen levels and the pathways through which oestrogen is being metabolised.
Progesterone metabolites: providing additional information around progesterone production.
Androgens: including testosterone and DHEA-related markers and their metabolites.
Cortisol and cortisone: including your pattern of free cortisol across the day as well as metabolised cortisol, giving us a broader picture of cortisol production and metabolism.
Melatonin: through a urinary melatonin metabolite.
Selected organic acid markers: providing additional information that can be considered alongside your wider nutritional and health picture.
It gives us a LOT of information, but more information isn’t automatically more useful.
The important part is understanding what is relevant to you. That’s where my interpretation comes in.
-
Hormonal symptoms don’t always tell us the whole story. Two women can experience similar symptoms for very different reasons, which is why I don’t want to make assumptions about what your hormones are doing based on symptoms alone.
DUTCH testing can give us additional information to consider when you’re experiencing concerns such as:
PMS or changes in symptoms throughout your cycle
Hormonal acne
Irregular or changing menstrual cycles
Heavy or painful periods
Changes in mood around your cycle
Low energy or fatigue
Sleep disturbance
Changes associated with perimenopause
Androgen-related symptoms
PMOS or PMOS-type symptoms (formerly PCOS)
Persistent hormonal symptoms where you feel you need a more detailed picture
Fertility challenges
Having a diagnosis such as PMOS doesn’t mean DUTCH testing will automatically be the right test for you, and it isn’t used to diagnose PMOS or other medical conditions.
I’ll always consider whether this particular test is appropriate for you, your symptoms and the questions we are trying to answer.
-
Where appropriate, I may recommend additional blood tests, nutrient testing or other relevant investigations to help us build a clearer picture of your health and further personalise your programme.
Testing is always considered on an individual basis and will only be suggested where I feel it may provide useful information.
Any additional testing is optional and, unless otherwise stated, is not included in the programme fee.
-
One of the benefits of DUTCH Complete is that it can be completed at home.
Your test kit will be sent to you with everything you need and clear instructions on when and how to collect your samples.
You’ll collect a series of small urine samples onto special filter-paper collection cards at specific points across the day.
The samples are then left to dry before being returned to the laboratory for analysis.
I’ll give you guidance around completing your test correctly, including the appropriate timing for you and anything you need to consider beforehand.
Once your results are ready, they’ll be sent to me for review.

DUTCH Complete hormone test
Your DUTCH Complete testing kit and laboratory analysis are included within the £950 fee.
Comprehensive women’s health + naturopathic assessment
Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed health onboarding form so I can understand the whole picture of your health- including your symptoms, menstrual and hormonal health, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle.
Detailed DUTCH test review + interpretation
Once your results are back, I’ll take the time to analyse them in detail before we meet via an online video call.
Rather than looking at individual markers in isolation, I’ll consider your results alongside your symptoms, menstrual cycle, health history, nutrition and wider health picture.
75-minute private consultation
We’ll go through your results together so that you understand what they show and, importantly, what I feel is most relevant to you.
We’ll explore how your results fit alongside the symptoms you’re experiencing and the other areas of your health that may need our attention.
Personalised nutrition, supplement + lifestyle plan
Following our consultation, I’ll create your personalised plan, bringing together your DUTCH results with your symptoms, health history, menstrual cycle, nutrition and lifestyle.
Rather than focusing on individual hormone markers in isolation, I’ll use the whole picture to identify the areas I want us to focus on and translate your results into clear, practical recommendations that make sense for you.
Your plan will include personalised nutrition and food guidance, including what to eat and how to put meals together, alongside a tailored supplement protocol where appropriate. We’ll also address relevant areas such as blood sugar balance, gut health, sleep, stress, movement and nervous system support, depending on what your health picture shows.
Everything will be designed to integrate into your real life, so you come away knowing exactly what to focus on and why.
Email follow-up check-in
Once you’ve had some time to put your recommendations into practice, I’ll check in on how you’re getting on, answer any questions and make any appropriate refinements to your plan.
Continued Support
If you’d like to continue working together after your DUTCH Hormone Review, you’ll have the option to book an Existing Client Follow-Up Consultation for £200 (60 mins including follow-up notes).
This gives us dedicated time to review how you’re getting on, talk through any changes in your symptoms or cycle, revisit your nutrition and supplement plan, and make further adjustments where needed.
You can book a follow-up whenever you feel you need one, giving you the option of continued support without needing to commit to a longer programme.
